If an order is cancelled by NXTLVL Gaming, any payment received will be refunded in full using the original payment method whenever possible.

Return Period

Claims must be submitted within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

Inspection

All returned products are subject to physical inspection and final approval by NXTLVL Gaming before any replacement or refund is processed.
